OUR WORK
Trough cross-sector cooperation, social innovation, and true partnerships with local businesses and social entrepreneurs, we aim to ensure economic independence for women, thereby contributing to sustainable communities – financially, socially and environmentally. This is how we work to achieve our overall goal of enduring social change:

Decent work
We believe in economic independence as a path to sustainable development – for individuals and for society. For most people, a job is the only way to a sustainable economy. That is why PfC is working on establishing new jobs to create social change.

Job skills training
Work is the key to economic independence. Therefore, it is crucial to make sure that individuals has relevant competence for the local labor market. We contribute to this by identifying needs and providing relevant vocational training.

Life skills training
Increased self-awareness and knowledge gives women living in highly marginalized situations a better starting point to take advantage of new skills and job creation projects. That is why we have developed a dedicated program for life skills training that is integrated into all our projects.
