What we do
Partnership for Change works for gender equality and a more inclusive economy by strengthening social infrastructure that enables women’s participation in the workforce. To elevate female talent we supports aspiring countries to develop a thriving Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector (colloquially referred to as ‘day care’) via legal infrastructure, training, model centres, and value-chain growth.

Together with our partners we run several development projects in Ethiopia. Our efforts are directed at women and youth to give them relevant skills for work as well as creating jobs.
A NEW NGO
PfC is a new Norwegian NGO that has developed new methods for development work. Our approach to our work is based on business principles, and all our projects are expected to provide social return and be sustainable.
