Our projects have always promoted gender equality and a more inclusive economy by strengthening social infrastructure – such as education and childcare – and financial infrastructure – such as social entrepreneurship and angel investment (Our history). Since 2022 we specialise in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), and our projects form an inter-connected web of complimentary activities centred around our “4 tools” (Approach).

All projects are answers to actual demand and have been designed in partnership with local change-makers. There is always an explicit and realistic plan for project self-sufficiency, to avoid dependency and decline. Plans are flexible and decision-making de-centralised to foster innovative solutions that deliver the timeliest and best results.
